oh hello, remember me?

Here are a few images of Johnny playing fetch with our bichon poodle, Dutchess. We've had her since she was a pup and now is just over 5 years old and such a lovable companion. She loves to do all kinds of tricks for a treat, but playing fetch has always been her favorite past time. The weather around here has been pretty gloom lately, so most of our past time has been spent indoors.  Which is ok with me. I love rainy days, cozied up, indoors with my little bub and warm cup of tea.

In other news, if you are an avid reader of {Then There Was Us} (and I hope you exist) you might have noticed a lack of post on my part for the past month or so. There have been some pretty big changes around here lately, which I will share on the blog soon. Admittedly I'm in a blogging funk because of it and whereas blogging has always been a great outlet for me in the past, family time and cuddle sessions with my bub is what I have been seeking lately. I've dropped off the radar enough to not have sponsor swaps for the month of October and that's ok. My goal is to showcase those sponsors as much as possible, and now isn't the time. However, we have enjoyed many celebrations with friends this past month and I hope to share some images of those good times soon. For now, I will post periodically throughout the month and hopefully be back in full swing come November.
